Confirmation
Notice of acceptance will be emailed to successful applicants. (Please allow an appropriate time for your application to be reviewed.) If accepted, vendors will be sent a registration form which must be returned with full payment by May 20th. Late payment will not be accepted and will result in disqualification. Spots will be assigned on a “first paid, first served” basis, and solely at the discretion of the Festival Committee.
Please note: Previous participation as a vendor does not ensure confirmation for 2018. The Festival Committee strives to feature a well-balanced selection of vendors and has the right to review and refuse any applicant.

Vendors who are approved will be assigned a kiosk spot only after full payment is received. The Festival Committee reserves the right to assign a kiosk spot based on what it decides is best for the overall success of the Festival and other vendors.
